We provide professional photography services, including, photography tours, photography training,  event and wedding photography, corporate and portrait photography. The services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

   •    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details, if applicable.

   •    You agree not to misuse our services or Website for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

   •    To book a session, you may be required to pay a deposit or full payment in advance.

   •    All payments are due as per the terms outlined in the booking agreement.

   •    Payment can be made via the website. 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

   •    If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please notify us at least 72 hours/days in advance.

   •    Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session may be subject to a cancellation fee.

7. Delivery of Photos

   •    We aim to deliver your final photographs within 30 days of the session.

   •    You will receive the photographs in the format and medium agreed upon (e.g., digital files, prints).

8. Privacy and Data Protection

   •    We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your data.

9. Limitation of Liability

   •    Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our Website or services is limited to the amount you have paid for the services.
